DEPUTY MANAGER
Walc House requires a Deputy Manager with minimum qualification Level 3 NVQ and prior Management/ Senior experience in Autistic specific Adult placements. Appropriate training, Level 4 NVQ will be provided after a qualifying period for the right candidate.

Good rates of pay and company benefits. We operate a Continental shift pattern. Hours of work: Four days on followed by four days off. Shift pattern consists of 11 hours per shift, with two rest intervals.
