The town is at the eastern end of the Jurassic Coastline, England's first Natural World Heritage Site, which stretches westwards all the way to Devon. A unique mixture of bays, coves, beaches and clifftops, all set in a stunning tapestry of woodland, heath, rolling downs and ancient castle ruins, Purbeck has a well-earnt reputation for being a captivating, secure and motivating place to live. Swanage is a small, caring community and we encourage our clients, under supervision, to access it as much as possible. Our location within walking distance of the centre enables access to shops and local amenities, and use of the homes’ transport provides access to the wider community. WALC House provides a smoother transition for young autistic people already in the area to progress into adulthood, as well, of course, as providing care for adults from further afield.
